Chalgrove May Day Festival

The Chalgrove Village Festival is the major annual community event within the village. It is a free festival that takes place on the Early May bank holiday in and around the village recreation ground. It features a multitude of stalls, displays and entertainment suitable for all the family. It also hosts the well supported Chalgrove 10k run.

Previous events have included:

• The return of Wayne Wonder with magic and balloon modelling
• Thatching and Horse shoeing demonstrations
• The now famous county-wide Fun Dog Show
• Funfair-Classic cars and vintage farm machinery
• Wheatley Birds of Prey
• Big Raffle
• Teas, Coffees and cakes
• Beer Tent
• A vast array of food outlets
• Many stalls
• Steam machinery and miniature engines
• side shows and of course the equally famous Chalgrove 10K run!

The festival opens at 12:00 and will close about 17:00
